What is American Eagle's history?
American Eagle Exhaust was founded in 2008 by Wayne Epps and Tina Zhang for the sole purpose of providing the highest quality stainless steel exhaust kits on the market. In 2016 the company was sold to the Click brothers of Click Farms, LLC. See our ABOUT page for more details.
Who owns American Eagle?
American Eagle Exhaust is co-owned and operated by the Click brothers, Daren and Lonney, of Stephenville, Texas.
Do you have a brick and mortar location?
We do not currently have a retail location but we do have several dealers in the Midwest and we also sell our products through 4 State Trucks.
What stainless steel do you use in your stacks?
We use 304 stainless steel which is the finest on the market for exhaust system applications.
What benefits does stainless steel provide versus chrome?
Stainless steel offers higher durability, longer lifespan and easier maintenance than a comparable chrome stack.
How long will my stainless stacks last?
With proper care your American Eagle stacks will last a lifetime.
Do you offer exhaust kits in chrome?
We only offer premium stainless steel kits at this time.
What sizes do your stacks come in?
We offer exhaust kits in 7”, 8” and 10” Sizes.
What top section designs are available?
We offer six designs: Straight, Miter, Goncho, 30, 45 and Aussie. They are displayed at the top of this page and you may also use our kit simulator to compare them.
Can I customize the top section length?
Yes. You may specify custom top section length upon checkout or perform the cutting yourself. Use our kit simulator to visualize the right height for your top sections.
Are your stacks polished?
Yes. We perform a 5 step polishing procedure at the factory to achieve a high quality finish.
How thick is your tubing?
Our stack tubing ranges in thickness between 1.5-8GA.
What comes in a kit?
Each kit comes with 2 stainless steel top sections of 120” (or custom length), 2 stainless steel 90 degree Pickett elbows, 1 stainless steel T-Pipe, 4 stainless steel angled mounting clamps, 2 stainless steel band clamps and 8 poly grommets.
How do I confirm if a kit is currently available?

How do I order an exhaust kit?
Kits may be ordered directly on our website, over the phone/email, or through our dealer locations including on 4statetrucks.com.
How much do exhaust kits cost?
7” - $3,150 · 8” - $3,450 · 10” - $3,950. Plus Shipping.
What payment forms do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, cash, money orders, PayPal and pre-approved checks.
Can I return my order?
Kits may be returned within 72 hours of purchase as long as the kit has not been installed nor the boxes opened.
Can I cancel my order?
Prior to shipping orders can be cancelled. Post-shipping the buyer pays for return shipping.
Can I order exhaust kits in bulk?
Contact us to discuss large quantity orders.
Can I order exhaust kit parts?
We do offer parts including clamps, elbows, etc. but please note our parts are ONLY compatible with American Eagle stainless steel kits. Contact us for additional info.

We do not offer discounts on individual exhaust kits. Contact us to discuss large quantity orders.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the lower 48 States. For Canadian orders please contact us to discuss possible options.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are approximately $300-$500 LTL. For Special pricing ask us about our personal American Eagle Shipping. Also do not hesitate to ask us for a free shipping quote. It is our goal to get you the best shipping price available.
What company do you use for shipping?
We work to bring you the cheapest shipping possible. We use 6-8 different companies depending on who can bring the best option for that day. Plus, when available, we use our American Eagle Exhaust shipping to personally get your product to you.
Can I pick my kit up in person instead of having it shipped?
Contact us to discuss pick up options.
What if my kit was damaged in transit?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery in the event of shipping damage. Immediately file a claim with the driver then Contact Us
How do I install my exhaust kit?
Kits can be installed with standard shop tools. It generally takes 3-4 hours with 2 people installing. You may also explore local truck shops for installation assistance. If you purchase through one of our dealers you may also inquire about installation options.

How long does it take to install a kit?
With 2 people installation should take approximately 3-4 hours.
How many people does it take to install a kit?
We recommend 2 people for installation due to the size and weight of the tubing.
Is silicone required to seal the joints?
No. Our stacks are precision engineered to install leak free.
Can I custom cut the top sections myself?
Yes. A hacksaw, cutting wheel or other cutting implement can be used on the bottom of the tubing to achieve the desired top section height. Please be advised any damage incurred during the cutting process is not covered by warranty.
Does the warranty cover installation damage?
Warranty coverage does not extend to damage incurred during installation.
How do I clean my stacks?
We advise using a microfiber towel with your dishwashing detergent of choice (i.e. Dawn, Cascade) for cleaning. Do not wash your stacks at a professional wash as they use recycled water which may have chemical residues present in it.

How often should I clean my stacks?
We advise cleaning your stacks twice a month or as needed.
Are there any environmental considerations I should keep in mind?
If you are operating in a highly saline environment (i.e. along the coast or salted roads) ensure you wash your stacks regularly to remove any salt build-up.
How do I polish my stacks?
We recommend using either stainless steel polish or Bar Keepers Friend (liquid form) along with a microfiber towel for polishing.
What do I do if I scratch my stacks?
Similar to polishing, We advise using a stainless steel polish or Bar Keepers Friend (liquid form) along with a microfiber towel to buff out any scratches.
What warranty does American Eagle provide for exhaust kits?
All kits ship with a 1 year manufacturer’s defect or tarnish warranty. Items must be unaltered with no physical damage for coverage under warranty.
When does warranty coverage begin?
Warranty coverage starts at time/date of purchase.
How do I file a warranty claim?
Purchaser must have the original proof of purchase receipt with purchase date listed. Contact us via phone or email with proof of purchase ready to discuss your claim.
How do I return items as part of a warranty claim?
Purchaser must return item/s to the purchase origin or American Eagle's headquarters. Purchaser is responsible for the freight costs of sending the defective items to American Eagle as well as for the replacement part/s covered under warranty sent back by American Eagle.
Can I purchase an extended warranty?
We do not offer an extended warranty at this time.
Is shipping damage covered by warranty?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery if you receive damaged product.
Is installation damage covered by warranty?
We do not offer coverage for damage incurred during installation.
